You will need to take your vehicle in for an MOT if it is three years or older. An MOT test is required annually to ensure it maintains the road safety standard required to keep you and others safe. This is a regulation from the Ministry of Transport and is a legal requirement approved by DVSA.

An MOT test will carry out a number of checks including:

You must ensure your MOT certificate is up to date otherwise your insurance is void. We can complete your MOT test up to 28 days before your current MOT expires.

Free Retest

If your MOT test fails, we will offer a free MOT retest within 10 days from the original MOT test date.

If your car fails its MOT test, we will notify you on why it has failed and provide a cost to resolve the issue the MOT test has highlighted. Once you agree to the works, we will carry these out and then complete a free MOT test which will be completed within 10 days of the original MOT test date.

We offer both a while-you-wait service where customers can visit the garage to undertake work as well as a free local collection and delivery service where we will collect the car from you and drop it back once work is complete.
